Latest reports from RIC and Heyva Sor on situation in NE Syria

The Rojava Information Centre has released the latest report on the situation in North East Syria. The report covers events from 8 am on 24 October to 8 am on 25 October.
The main issues are:
– Turkish proxies advance towards Tel Tamer, where 1000s displaced families seek refuge – Syrian army sends troops to border, Russian & local forces patrol Qamishlo, Amude, Kobane, Manbij, Dirbesiye
– Refugee camps opened for displaced people
We publish also the latest report from Heyva Sor a Kurd, the Kurdish Red Crescent on casualties and treatment for wounded people.
