TAK (Kurdistan Freedom Falcons) has issued a statement warning tourists not to choose Turkey as their holidays destination.

Claiming responsibility for an attack in Istanbul on 8 June in which 15 police officers were injured, the armed group adds that “this attack was organized as an act of revenge against Fascist Turkish State which deems proper every kind of oppression on Kurdish People and kills Kurdish women and children although they were innocent”.

TAK, which has been responsible for many deadly attacks in Turkish cities in recent years, issued a warn to the Turkish people first. “Turkish People should know that they also will lose in this game of state. They are in position of part of this war by keeping silent.”

Threatening new attacks TAK said: “We have done our duty by warning several times. After that we will not show the same patience and will increase the dosage of our attacks.”

And warning tourists not to choose Turkey as their holidays destination, TAK, which has carried out attacks against tourists in the past (in Antalya and Istanbul) issued new threats to foreigners by saying that “your holidays, entertainments return  guns, bullets, bombs to Kurdish people and cause deaths. All of holiday areas in Turkey are attack and revengeful areas for us. It is the time of action and we will not hesitate to do what is necessary.”
